Saturday delivery : Additional R1500 surcharge

Sunday/Public holiday delivery : Additional R3500 surcharge

Plots, Farms, Mines & Power Stations delivery : Additional R3000 surcharge

Townships delivery : Additional R7000 surcharge

If you require insurance, please mark the waybill and fill in the value. If no value is stated on the waybill, the shipment will not be insured. A premium of 2.5% of the value will be charged, with a minimum of R50.00. Our standard cover accepts a maximum liability of R50 000.00 per waybill, unless otherwise arranged.

NO CLAIMS WILL BE PAID FOR GOODS NOT INSURED.
EXCESS: 10% of claim, minimum of R1500.00. 20% of claim, minimum of R2500.00.

Hijacking & armed robbery.

Hijackings and armed robberies will not be covered as these are matter outside of our control. Cover only applies for vehicle accidents.

All deliveries are affected on working days excl. Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays
* All rates above are excluding VAT
* Any special requests on deliveries must be done with prior arrangement to CSD/Operations
* No Cash payments will be accepted
* The account holder is responsible for payment
* Weight of shipments CAN NOT be checked by AWT Transport. The weight must be stipulated on the invoice. The AWT driver will advise on the correct loading points on the trailer based on the weight information on the commercial invoice ONLY. If the weight information on the commercial invoice is wrong and a national weighbridge conclude that the trailer is over weight the cost of the penalty and the weight redistribution cost will be invoiced to the client and payment must be made before the load is off-loading. NO ACCEPTIONS WILL BE ENTERTAINED
* Accounts are strictly payable before the load is picked up. AWT Transport will send the invoice, proof of baking details to the Client at least 2 days in advance. The money transfer must reflect in the AWT Standard Bank account before the driver will be instructed to collect the load
